Pius & Refrizal Pimpin Pengesahan Usul Ruang Banggar Rp 20 M
Jakarta - Dua Wakil Ketua BURT DPR, Pius Lustrilanang (Gerindra), dan Refrizal (PKS), memimpin rapat pengesahan pengusulan ruang Banggar Rp 20 miliar. Rapat ini digelar di Wisma DPR di Kopo.
Pengesahan usulan renovasi ruang Banggar DPR yang menelan Rp 20 miliar ini diambil setelah Refrizal melaporkan finalisasi perencanaan dengan Kesekjenan. Selanjutnya BURT DPR mengambil keputusan tetang laporan Panja BURT nomor 040/BURT/R.PLENO/MS.II/12/2011 per tanggal 9 Desember 2011, tanda awal dimulainya pengerjaan renovasi Banggar.
Dijelaskan dalam laporan BURT tersebut, BURT menerima dan sepakat terhadap rencana renovasi ruang Banggar DPR. Bahkan renovasi ruang Banggar DPR dapat dijadikan acuan untuk ruang rapat lain di DPR.
"Renovasi ruang Badan Anggaran dapat dijadikan acuan untuk ruang AKD lainnya," begitu bunyi keputusan nomor 1, huruf (d) butir ke 2 dari rapat BURT DPR tanggal 9 Desember 2011 lalu. Pius Lustrilanang menandatangani keputusan rapat ini.
Sementara itu sebelum rapat diputuskan, melalui Laporan Panitia Kerja Evaluasi Pembangunan Ruang Gedung DPR RI mengenai On The Spot Renovasi Ruang Rapat Kerja Badan Anggaran DPR RI yang ditandatangai Ketua Panja Evaluasi Penggunaan Ruang di Gedung DPRRI, Refrizal, pada tanggal 9 Desember 2011, BURT memberikan alasan renovasi ruang Banggar DPR.
"Dinamika Kegiatan DPR RI saat ini sangat padat, bahkan orang yang beraktivitas sudah mengalami kenaikan hampir tiga kali lipat pada periode yang lalu, sehingga saat ini sarana dan prasarana yang ada sudah tidak lagi memadai untuk mendukung kegiatan DPR yang telah mencapai kapasitas maksimal. Oleh karena itu menyesuaikan perkembangan kebutuhan tersebut telah dilakukan pemugaran dan perancangan penggunaan ruangan di lingkungan Gedung DPR RI," kata Refrizal dalam laporan rapat yang diadakan di Kopo tersebut, di hadapan rapat BURT DPR.

"Silakan dibuka, yang kami tahu rapat di sini sifatnya konsultasi tidak ada rekaman. Kalau misalnya sekjen buat rekaman, kami akan tuntut sekjen karena itu dilarang," kata Mekeng.
Pria berkumis ini menegaskan, penyembunyian rekaman itu menunjukkan ada niatan jahat dari Sekjen terhadap Banggar. "Kami akan tuntut Sekjen," tegasnya lagi.
Saat ditanya lebih jauh soal rencana penuntutan itu, Mekeng tak mau berkomentar. Begitu pun ketika hal ini ditanyakan pada wakil ketua Banggar Tamsil Linrung.
"Wah silakan tanya Pak Mekeng itu," ucap Tamsil.

Menurutnya, selama dalam penyidikan tak tampak wajah bersalah sedikit pun dari Rio. Rio tetap ketewa-ketawa saat diperiksa polisi.
"Tetap ceria dan bangga dibilang public enemy number one," ungkapnya.
Sehari setelah penangkapan pada 16 Januari malam, Rio memang terkesan santai. Rio masih merokok dengan tenang di ruang pemeriksaan. Sambil tersenyum simpul, tak ada kesan sedih di raut muka Rio.
Rio dan 3 orang temannya dibekuk penyidik Polres Jakarta Pusat. Komplotan ini sudah beraksi di 10 minimarket termasuk Alfa Express Cilandak KKO. Seorang perempuan, berinisial IA masih buron. IA merupakan pacar Rio. Komplotan ini juga ditengarai terkait bisnis narkoba.
Rio merampok Alfa Express Cilandak KKO pada Senin 16 Januari pukul 06.00 WIB dengan menggunakan airsoft gun. Pada malam harinya sekitar pukul 19.30 WIB, tim Polres Jakarta Pusat pimpinan Kasat Reskrim AKBP Hengky Haryadi menciduknya di pintu masuk Plaza Indonesia.
Menurut polisi, uang yang dirampok Rio di Alfa Express mencapai Rp 35 juta, sedangkan versi Alfa Rp 34 juta. Rio juga merampok Alfa Express di Kemayoran, Circle-K Kelapa Gading, Circle-K Kemang Selatan, dan Circle-K di Kampung Ambon.

"Minggu malam, saya memeriksa tabungan saya melaui internet. Saya hanya berharap jumlah uang tak lebih dari US$ 200," kata Saha yang tinggal di kota Balurghat kepada BBC.
Karena tidak percaya maka Saha kembali mengecek rekeningnya di mesin ATM terdekat. Hasilnya, sama saja. Saha kini adalah seorang miliarder.
Tetapi Saha adalah seorang yang jujur, maka diapun menelepon State Bank of India (SBI) untuk melaporkan keanehan ini.
"Saya menelepon kenalan saya di bank dan bercanda, mungkin bank sedang kelebihan uang sehingga uangnya mengalir ke rekening saya," ujarnya.
Gaji Saha sebagai guru di Negara Bagian Bengali Barat adalah US$700 atau sekitar Rp6,3 juta.
Sehingga tak berlebihan jika Saha terkejut melihat rekeningnya yang memuat jumlah yang hampir sama dengan anggaran pendidikan India sebesar US11,5 miliar setahun.

Inilah Proses Pembuatan Animasi "Shaun The Sheep"
Ternyata "Shaun The Sheep" pertama kali muncul di televisi pada tahun 1995 dalam film A Close Shave dengan karakter Wallace dan Gromit anjing. Durasinya hanya empat menit tetapi membuat orang banyak menyukainya. Dan sejak itu, Shaun memiliki acara TV sendiri di BBC yg dibuat oleh studio produksi Aardman.
Berikut beberapa hal menarik dari proses pembuatan ‘Behind The Scene’ animasi Shaun The Sheep :
1. Pembuatan Storytime
Sebuah episode bermula dari ide cerita yang sederhana. Ide tersebut diserahkan pada tim scriptwiters untuk diolah menjadi cerita yang bagus.
Kemudian diserahkan pada storyboard artist untuk membuat story linenya, tahap ini juga membantu set dressers, prop-makers, model-makers, riggers dan cameramen untuk mempersiapkan pengambilan gambar dan apa saja yang diperlukan.
2. Persiapan Scene
Rumput di pertanian dibeli dari hobby center, dicat hijau untuk mendapatkan corak rumput yang pas, ditambah dengan rumput ilalang dan bunga aster.
Gumpalan kecil hitam juga disebar untuk mendapatkan efek kotoran domba. Rumput ini kemudian dibentangkan di atas baja berlubang untuk mendapatkan pondasi yang bagus. Animator kemudian dapat menggunakan magnet untuk menjaga karakter di tempat, dan menggunakan baja untuk memasang pohon, rumah pertanian, gudang dan bagian lainnya dari set tersebut tetap pada tempatnya.
3. Pembuatan Model
Model-makers membuat domba dengan terlebih membentuk badan, kemudian membungkus tubuh mereka dengan wool putih. Bulu tersebut kemudian dikotori sedikit dan kaki yang terbuat dari silikon ditambahakan. akhir kepala yg dapat dipasang-lepas dipasang dibadan.
“Kami memiliki sejumlah badan, beberapa mempunyai empat kaki, dan beberapa hanya dua, tergantung pada scene,” kata Chris.
4. Propping Up
