Arabic Pad application

arabic Pad, an strategy just like the traditional Windows remember pad to make people who provide Arabs or Persia people. An interesting strategy is the Persia people are almost the same with key pad people so we do not chaos around with the modify between the personality of the Persia abc with the Latina people, other than the quality is quite small, about 42Kb only.
This strategy functions well on Windows 7, for Windows 2000/XP clients there should be little changes made:
  Start the Administration Panel
  Choose Nearby and Terminology Option
  find the Terminology tab
 Uncheck the "Install information for complicated strategy and right-to-left (Including Thai)"    "and click Implement.
  Place the Windows Expert CD and do the techniques.
  Stick to the next techniques until your pc system needs to reboot.
