10 Secrets To Increase Your Website Conversion Rate

According to the so-called experts, a decent conversion ratio is right around one percent. In other words, one out of every hundred visitors to your website converts to sales.

Personally, I think you should ignore what the experts say, and strive to achieve the highest possible conversion rate. You should never feel satisfied. You should always look for ways to improve your conversion ratio. My website consistently converts anywhere from 3 to 5 percent, and often change as high as ten percent!

Unless you're selling big-ticket items and make £ 200 or more per sale, it is very difficult to make real money with only a one percent conversion ratio.

Of course, there are exceptions to every rule, and if your website attracts hundreds or even thousands of visitors per day, then obviously you can do quite well with one percent or lower conversion ratio.

But what if you do not have the kind of traffic - and most sites do not. Then what? What if you sell £ 20 e-book and you just draw a hundred visitors per day to your website? 7. Use authentic customer testimonials, complete with first and last name. Make sure you get your customers permission first.

9. Make it easy for your customers to pay. And offers a variety of payment options. I can assure you, if you use PayPal, you lose sales. There are many people out there, me included, and will not do business with PayPal.This is too much trouble!

10. And last but not least, make sure you have a strong sales letter. A powerful sales letter and your income can effectively blast into the upper stratosphere!
